INTO THE ICONS & WILDERNESS OF PATAGONIA
Experience the legendary peaks of Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre, then leave the crowds behind on a traverse through the wild backcountry of Patagonia National Park.
8 Days | Argentina & Chile | Guided Trekking | Private Camps
The Journey
Most visitors to Patagonia experience its iconic views, classic trails, and legendary peaks, and they are breathtaking. But they imagine there is a wilder, rawer Patagonia beyond.
We are two ECO/Adventure guiding companies who plotted this journey for those who want both. The icons… and what awaits discovery beyond them. Leading every departure under long-term concession agreements with both national parks. Guides are local, camps are already set up, and group sizes are small by design.
Argentina: Beneath the Granite Towers
In Argentina, Patagonia Summit guides you beneath the granite towers of Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre. You’ll spend 3 days exploring the iconic trails of Los Glaciares National Park.
The Wise Shift
We make a wise shift — an overnight bus into Chile. Most travelers stop here for the Carretera Austral. We don’t.
Chile: Into the True Backcountry
Patagonia Huts leads you through remote valleys, forests, and mountain passes along a restored historic route inside Patagonia National Park. You’ll spend 5 days trekking through one of Patagonia’s least-visited landscapes.
Why This Journey
We want you to experience the Patagonia that still feels vast, silent, and unexplored. An ECO/Adventure that regenerates you for whatever comes next.
Extend Your Journey Across Patagonia
This guided adventure can also serve as a module within a longer Patagonia itinerary. Begin in El Calafate, the main gateway to southern Patagonia, and add independent visits to world-renowned attractions like the Perito Moreno Glacier and Torres del Paine National Park, both easy to explore on your own. It’s a flexible way to create a complete, reliable, and unforgettable Patagonia experience.
